* Participate in after-hours on-call support as part of a rotating roster.
* Undertake occasional interstate travel to assist with site-based projects, testing, or advanced troubleshooting.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Demonstrated experience administering and supporting Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian) systems.
* Strong understanding of network fundamentals — VLANs, routing, VPNs, IP addressing.
* Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices (configuration and troubleshooting).
* Proven ability to manage and resolve issues in a service desk or ticket-based support environment.
* Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with VMware or other virtualisation technologies.
* Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools.
