The Role
We're looking for a standout Architect to join our Brisbane studio and play a key role in leading and delivering complex, design-driven projects across our national portfolio.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading teams, and wants to be part of a practice where their voice is heard and their growth is actively supported.

What You'll Bring
* Registered Architect
* 10+ years' experience delivering commercial architecture in Australia (QLD experience preferred)
* Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects
* Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills
* High proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD also valued)
* Experience working within BIM-managed project environmentsStrong communication, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for design excellence
* Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
