What you'll do
To assist with your progression to be a Strata Manager you will be trained in all roles including administration, assistant, insurance & compliance and strata manager. This will provide you with a full understanding of strata management.
Primary responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of strata complexes
* Assist Council of Owners with queries
* Prepare budgets & monitor finances
* Liaise with contractors
* Facilitate, attend & report on meetings
* Manage conflicts & disputes
Secondary responsibilities
* Meeting preparation (agendas, letters)
* Data entry & general correspondence
* Insurance renewals & claims

* SCAWA - A100 introductory course
* SCAWA- REIWA ongoing training courses
* Cert IV Strata Community Management
* Potential Diploma in Strata Community Management
