* Main Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Perform key business administration tasks, including supporting the Centre Director in prioritizing and building the centre's attendance pipeline.

Support the Centre Director in maintaining strong relationships with families, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment that respects the diversity of all individuals.
* Educate staff on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout our centres.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track the effectiveness of centre initiatives.
Key Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with families and staff.
* Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
