This role plays a vital part in the administrative logistics behind our End User Computing (EUC) services, providing essential support to field technicians, project teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prioritise and schedule field technician site visits based on workload and urgency.
* Monitor and distribute call-queue tickets and handle ad-hoc scheduling requests.
* Manage third-party repair processes, including invoicing and progress tracking.
* Support EUC teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and formatting.
* Assist in project execution by:
o Organising site plans and scheduling on-site activities.
o Liaising with agency contacts regarding timelines and project coordination.
o Tracking stock and equipment deliveries.
o Coordinate with Dispatch for equipment delivery and returns.
o Allocate job tickets to technicians and monitor task completion.
o Escalate issues promptly to ensure SLA compliance and task resolution.
o Collaborate with Technical Managers to align resources with ticket demands.
o Maintain organised records of technical and administrative documents.
o Respond to ad-hoc management requests in a timely manner.
o Provide ongoing oversight of on-site workloads to support service delivery goals.
o Escalate any risks to meeting service targets or SLAs.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a fast-paced service delivery or scheduling environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
* A systematic approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
* Ability to implement and maintain processes, reporting, and escalation protocols.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and support.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
* Basic technical understanding of IT&T technologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
