Executive Leadership Role
This is a high-level position that oversees the management of HR and WHS functions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, selection, and employment contract functions.
* Oversee disciplinary and performance management processes.
* Lead staff training and development strategies.
Regular travel required to remote communities in the APY Lands for organisational operations and initiatives.
Requirements
* Formal tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience in generalist HR Management with skills in leadership and organisational management.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
