As a seasoned cost engineering professional, you will be responsible for establishing processes, templates and tools to manage project costs and schedules. This involves monitoring performance against set targets and incorporating the impacts of risk, opportunities and change in a controlled manner.
Key Responsibilities
You will identify trends and root causes of deviations against the baseline using lead and lag indicators, recommending remedial actions to drive value for clients.
Leading the evaluation of project time, cost and quality targets, applying necessary governance controls to ensure successful project delivery.
You will work collaboratively with a remote team to establish an agreed cost baseline, ensuring clients receive optimal value for money.
Guiding and influencing general contractors to progress in line with schedules and cash flow parameters.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving delivery and commercial issues while preparing reports on project performance.
