About the Role
The role entails managing initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines and quality standards.
* Plan, execute and close projects within agreed scope, time and budget requirements.
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality results.
* Manage procurement processes and contract administration efficiently.
* Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with governance standards and best practices.
* Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and internal teams effectively.
The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience delivering property or infrastructure projects in the market. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are also highly valued.
