* The Collection and Program Support Officer provides administrative support for the museum's operations and programs, contributing to the coordination of the museum collection, events, and retail support.
* This role involves providing project support for the development and implementation of various initiatives within the museum.

About This Role:

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide secretariat support to the Museum Advisory Committee, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
* Assist in generating, scheduling, and overseeing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

">
* A minimum Certificate IV qualification in a related field is required.
* Advanced computer skills, including working with images and spreadsheets, are essential.
* Strong administration skills, including records management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking, are necessary.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and ability to use initiative are required.
* A systematic, accurate, and flexible approach to project support is essential.
