Description Duties will include, but not limited to; Overseeing recruitment activities across various white-collar portfolios Talent mapping and implanting strategies to support growth and workforce planning initiatives Proactively collaborate with the wider P&C function and ELT Group to provide expert advice and guidance for upcoming workforce requirements End to end recruitment campaigns, from taking briefs from hiring managers, through to issuing contracts and supporting P&C with onboarding Working closely with the management group on leadership projects Supporting workforce planning to build candidate pools across high demand units Capturing, reviewing and shaping attraction and retention strategies Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar Talent Acq role, at Partner or Specialist level Exposure or background in HR, with a passion for Talent Acquisition Have a keen interest in strategic planning and initiatives Ability to multitask and work to conflicting deadlines Excellent communication style and stakeholder engagement skills Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature Confident across most Tech platforms, relating to T.Acq or Recruitment Opportunity Immediate start available Supportive, well established and high performing team Inner Northern suburbs, with parking Thriving and progressive environment Outstanding offices, with EOT facilities If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
