Business Opportunities in Financial Reporting
The Reporting Analyst role offers a unique blend of financial analysis, business partnering, and process improvement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with finance teams globally, driving consistency in reporting and forecasting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute the monthly dashboard email, providing a concise overview of key performance metrics. Manage the preparation and continuous improvement of the Group Performance Pack, ensuring timeliness and clarity of insights for senior stakeholders.
2. Business Partnering: Partner with regional stakeholders to update forecasts and explain changes from previous forecasts or budgets. Provide commercial support for tenders and contracts, including first-pass financial reviews, identification of red flags, and review of key terms and conditions.
3. Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation of manual processes and enhancements to reporting tools and templates. Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
* Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CPA or CA)
* 5+ years' experience in a financial analysis or reporting role
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power Query and SAP experience preferred
