* Salary range: $81,739 - $96,563 per annum plus 17% superannuation

About the role
Reporting to the Manager: Library Services, the Reference Librarian team is a cross functional team that assists in supporting the teaching, learning and research activities of the University in various service areas of the Library. They provide expertise in information discovery and resource use in response to complex enquiries and assist in the continuous improvement of services.

To be successful you will need
* Tertiary qualifications or evidence of working towards completion of tertiary qualifications in Information Management or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills and knowledge
* Experience in and a commitment to excellence in customer service
* Working knowledge of trends in digital information and preservation, resource discovery and social media
* Well-developed interpersonal, communication and written skills
* Knowledge of information sources and formats and proven ability in searching databases and other web-based products and services
