The Spread Eagle Hotel is known for it's busy pub atmosphere mainly highlighting its food in inner city of Melbourne.
We are seeking a passionate junior sous chef to join our team in a hands on role, delivering efficient, professional and profitable kitchen operation. You will be given a chance to be creative and contribute both in changing our seasonal menu and adapting to running a busy section. You will have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards. You will complete daily ordering and accurate stock takes, also be assisting to document, cost and standardize menu items.
What we are looking for;

Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
Creative individual who champions seasonality and simplicity
Ability to demonstrate and train new chefs
At least 2-year full time experience in a Chef de Partie role or junior sous chef for 1 year
