Reporting to the Principal Advisor Talent Acquisition, the Partner will deliver, monitor, and report on multiple project activities against agreed criteria.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and selection documentation.
Partner with stakeholders to provide timely recruitment advice aligned to project requirements.
Coordinate recruitment activities including panels, interviews, and probity requirements.
Identify and engage candidates through targeted sourcing and talent pooling.
Maintain accurate systems and documentation to support reporting and governance.
Provide a high standard of candidate care and act as a key contact for enquiries.
