Job Title: FPAS Compliance Expert
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated FPAS Safety Assessor/Compliance Manager to oversee fire safety assessment and compliance across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout Sydney Metro.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire safety assessments in accordance with FPAS requirements, ensuring all sites meet regulatory compliance standards, and managing annual fire safety statement submissions and schedules.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct fire safety assessments in accordance with FPAS requirements.
* E nsure all sites meet regulatory compliance standards.
* Manage annual fire safety statement submissions and schedules.
* Liaise with building owners, facility managers, fire safety contractors, and certifying authorities.
* Lead and mentor a small compliance team to ensure quality and consistency across all assessments.
* Maintain accurate documentation, risk registers, and audit trails for compliance reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* FPAS Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety Assessor) certification.
* Proven experience managing compliance schedules and client portfolios.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* A Full NSW Driver's License.
