We are seeking Site Engineers with a passion for construction and a desire to develop their careers. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work with the Project team, supervisor, and business stakeholders to deliver successful projects in the Perth metro area, covering bulk earthworks, land development and civil infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of initial project programs.
* Establish inspection and test plans and meet essential Quality Assurance obligations.
* Work with the Project Management team to ensure technical support and information meets the production schedule.
* Recommend necessary variations to maintain production targets.
* Accurately measure, record and verify asphalt, kerbing, footpaths, etc., and submit reports to the Project Management team.
* Assist the Supervisor in overseeing day‑to‑day activities and monitoring the practical application of the TMP.
* Complete site inductions and assist with the preparation of JSEAs.
Qualifications
* WA Driver's Licence.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Ability to undergo a full pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
* Good communication skills and leadership potential.
* Ability to work quickly, effectively and positively in a demanding environment.
* Well‑developed organisational skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office.
* Adaptability and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment.
