The Opportunity

Step into a role where your expertise directly shapes the student experience and drives meaningful change. As the Manager, Program Quality and Systems, you will lead the systems, insights and evaluation practices that ensure programs across Access and Inclusion Services (AIS) and Disability Support Services (DSS) are effective, compliant and continually improving. You'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust evaluation frameworks, champion evidence‐based decision making through data analysis and reporting, and collaborate widely to uplift program quality and deliver better outcomes that enhance service quality and student outcomes.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

Demonstrated expertise and excellence in delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder engagement, monitoring progress, and driving outcomes within agreed timeframes and standards

Highly-developed relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships across diverse groups

Experience providing supervision and guidance to project team members, including coordinating work with external consultants and parties to ensure excellence in project delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capability in developing professional documentation, reports and digital communications

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data and collaborate with stakeholders to translate trends into clear insights and recommendations that inform performance and drive program improvement

Experience in the Australian tertiary sector and knowledge of higher education regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEHEEF and/or DSF) is desirable

Experience developing business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Power BI) is desirable
