As a Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Floreat store, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
You will help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
* Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
* Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
* Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
* Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
* Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives
* Experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role in a team environment
* Able to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
* Adaptability in selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
