Cranfield Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established building supplier in Richlands. They are seeking reliable Stores & Inventory Support staff to join their warehouse team. This role offers an immediate start, with ongoing work leading into the New Year and throughout 2026. A permanent position is on offer after a three‑month temp period for the right candidate.
About the Role
This is a varied position that will see you working across multiple warehouse functions.
* Picking and packing
* General stores duties
* Inventory control
* Assisting across warehouse operations as required
A forklift licence is highly desirable, but we are open to considering applicants without one.
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm
* Slight flexibility available on start/finish times
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous warehouse, stores, or inventory experience preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
