Customer Service Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Service Officer to contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment at our leisure centre while delivering quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-point contact for all patrons entering the centre.
* Offer assistance with general enquiries, memberships, bookings and programmes.
* Process payments, memberships and facility bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer data.
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas.
* Support promotion of leisure centre activities and events.
* Comply with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
* Report hazards, incidents and maintenance issues promptly.
* Assist in administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or 2 years equivalent experience, and a current unrestricted WA driver's licence are essential for this role.
Working Arrangements:
The starting hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (½ hour lunch break). Hours can be negotiated to cover peak periods.
Preferring full-time employment (38 hours per week), we also consider part-time arrangements or job-sharing.
