Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will support custodians and primarily assist subscribers of Intermediary Online through both written and verbal communication. Your role involves delivering accurate, timely, and professional support while meeting customer service and regulatory standards. You will handle a wide range of enquiries, collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple departments, share insights, and participate in projects that enhance our processes and customer experience.
Location
Yarra Falls, Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Responsibilities
• Deliver customer support via written and verbal channels. • Ensure all interactions reflect quality and care standards. • Maintain customer data accurately within our systems. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross‐department projects.
Qualifications
* A solid understanding of market regulations relating to dividends, custodians, and securities, along with familiarity with the broader financial services landscape and its key drivers
* Awareness of the technologies, tools, and performance metrics that support effective day‐to‐day technical operations
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in every task
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of registry processes and subject matter
* A positive, proactive attitude paired with a strong work ethic
* The ability to stay composed under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality and professionalism
* High levels of initiative, adaptability, and problem‐solving capability
