Seeking a meticulous Room Attendant to join our team at our Mooloolaba beachfront property. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay with us.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces. They will also work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards we hold dear.
Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keep them organised and well-equipped, and use cleaning materials with care while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus;
* A warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members feel right at home;
* An eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks;
* Enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways;
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds;
* Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
