Insurance Claims Assessor Role
We are seeking an experienced insurance claims assessor to join our team. As an insurance claims assessor, you will be responsible for assessing damage to insured properties and providing accurate reports and repair budgets for insurers to review.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the property loss or damage and determine policy coverage
* Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to stakeholders
* Determine an appropriate claim fulfilment method that balances customer needs
* Respond to customer and stakeholder requests within expected or agreed timeframes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in the building and construction industry preferred
* Ability to travel and spend prolonged periods of time working out of the office
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards
