Description of the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. You will also be required to actively sell Topdeck, Back-Roads & Grasshopper products and ensure all booking processes are completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
2. Sell travel-related services including flights, insurance, additional services as needed while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
3. Foster strong relationships with key agents by building rapport and facilitating repeat business opportunities.
