Job Description
We are on the hunt for creative and enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Master Model Builder. In this position, you will be responsible for creating awe-inspiring LEGO models that leave guests in awe and igniting their passion for building and designing incredible creations.
You will be working closely with our frontline operational team and management to create and implement innovative LEGO build strategies to exceed guest expectations. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you conceptualise, design, produce, and install events both internally and externally.
* Create engaging and interactive experiences for our guests
* Collaborate with the Master Model Builder team to drive LEGO build strategies
* Design and develop new play experiences and attractions
* Represent LEGOLAND as an ambassador and engage with guests and colleagues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of LEGO design and building principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
* Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
