About the Role

Are you an organised, people-oriented HR professional seeking a flexible part-time opportunity within a supportive and fast-paced environment?

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of effective Human Resources services across the full employee lifecycle. This role is integral to supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and general HR administration.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries while providing day-to-day support across a broad range of HR functions. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys collaborating with others, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, police checks, and working rights verification
* Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
* Conduct HR and WHS inductions for new employees
* Process employee changes, including salary, position, and contract updates
* Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
* Provide administrative support to the WHS Manager
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
* Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* A professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Experience using HRIS and LMS platforms will be highly regarded
