About the role
We are a QLD based Construction company looking for a receptionist/personal assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time Receptionist/PA role based in our Arundel office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy team. As a key member of our Administration and Office Support team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all clients, visitors and staff, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
* Providing executive-level administrative support to our senior management team, including diary management, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
* Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery as required
* Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar Receptionist or PA role, ideally within the construction or related industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
* A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
* Flexibility and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as required
