Strong customer focus is a must,
Ability to work within a small team is essential,
1 day per weekend is required, Saturday or Sunday, this can be worked into a 4-day roster for the right applicant,
Very stable employment with 2 strong trading stores with a 3rd shop in the works,
You must be the type of butcher that takes pride in every tray you put in the cabinet, this is an absolute must,
