5. Maintain and update program records, registers and configuration documentation.
6. Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
7. Support risk and issue monitoring and help ensure follow‐up actions are completed.
8. Oversight and control of program specific administration tools and programs (JIRA, Confluence).

Skills & Experience

9. Proven experience in administrative or project support roles, ideally within defence, engineering, aerospace or similarly regulated environments, with 2+ years' experience.
10. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
11. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
12. Comfortable using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools. Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
13. Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
14. Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to WH&S and workplace diversity.
