Psychosocial Recovery Coach Role
Job Description:
The Psychosocial Recovery Coach is a self-directed role that involves managing a caseload of participants and building strong relationships with them.
This position requires the ability to partner with participants to identify their recovery goals, support them to overcome barriers, and collaborate with families and providers to build a strong network of support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with participants to identify their recovery goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.
* Support participants to overcome barriers and challenges in their recovery journey.
* Collaborate with families and providers to build a strong network of support for participants.
* Maintain accurate notes and records of participant interactions and progress.
* Champion autonomy and hope by promoting participant empowerment and self-advocacy.
* Work independently in a KPI-driven role to meet performance targets and deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as a Recovery Coach or Support Coordinator.
* Mental health first aid certification.
* Certificate IV in Mental Health.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
