Salary: A$86,887.00 - A$93,066.00 per year.
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will work in the Directorate of Health Research team to support various tasks and activities.
Your responsibilities will include managing finances, budgeting, and reporting, as well as assisting with contracting and procurement processes.
You will also be involved in travel arrangements, electronic record-keeping, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, contract administration, and interpersonal communication.
They should be able to work independently or under limited guidance, with excellent attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.

Job Description:
The Directorate of Health Research conducts, commissions, and facilitates health research, ensuring that it meets the strategic priorities of Defence.
This includes collaborating with internal and external researchers, cultivating sound research governance, and conducting high-quality research in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the Directorate's budget and financial performance activities.
* Analyse and interrogate financial data to prepare regular and 'on demand' financial reports.
* Support end-to-end procurement activities, including liaison with procurement experts and ensuring excellent file management.
* Collaborate with the Business Management team to support an APS 6 Project Manager and EL 1 Business Manager.
