With multiple Partners and a team of over 70 professionals, they deliver sophisticated tax and business advisory services to a premium client base including affluent individuals, investment groups, trading entities, listed businesses and complex private groups. The Role: Working closely with the Partners across a broad suite of tax and advisory engagements Manage a diverse portfolio of complex clients Lead tax compliance and financial statement preparation across multiple entity types Provide high-level tax planning, structuring and advisory services Identify and advise on Div 7A, CGT, FBT and GST matters Oversee BAS preparation and lodgements Review complex compliance work and manage workflow across the team Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants Handle high-value and technically complex matters, including referrals from other firms About You: A degree-qualified accountant with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a tax compliance team within Australian public practice CA or CPA certified Bring proven experience managing a client portfolio, developing and mentoring staff and meeting budgets and deadlines Skilled in Tax compliance across a broad range of entities Prepare financial statements for complex structures a nd general and special purpose financial reports Identify Div 7A, CGT, GST and FBT issues Professional communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) Strong collaboration skills within a hybrid team environment The ability to proactively identify and resolve issues with both team members and stakeholders High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all reviewed work Advanced time management, forward planning and delegation capability What’s On Offer: Hybrid and flexible working arrangements (including compressed work weeks) Paid birthday leave CA/CPA support including paid study leave and course fees Ongoing Partner-led technical training Leadership development and structured career progression Active wellness program and Employee Assistance Program Collaborative, high-performing team culture Modern Robina offices Competitive salary based on experience, potentially in the $150K–$180K range Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore, only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
