We are seeking a motivated and capable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 18 retirement living villages across Perth.
The Role
This is a dynamic, multi-site position responsible for ensuring our retirement villages are well-managed, compliant, and provide a high-quality living environment for residents.
You will work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to deliver strong operational outcomes and maintain a resident-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple retirement living villages
* Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and organisational policies
* Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and capital works
* Monitor budgets, control expenditure, and prepare reports
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
* Respond to and resolve resident enquiries and issues
About You
* Experience in property management, retirement living, aged care, or facilities management
* Understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Perth
