Lead risk management across Fraud & Scams teams within Customer Solutions

Whats the role
We're looking for a senior risk leader to embed and uplift risk management practices across our Fraud and Scams teams. You'll be the primary BCM contact for the business responsible for ensuring controls are fit-for-purpose, risks are well understood and governance is strong.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide incident management, control design, risk analysis and reporting. You'll also represent BCM in key forums and help drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney.
What do I need
Extensive experience in operational risk audit or advisory
Strong understanding of fraud and scams risk governance and control frameworks
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proven ability to lead risk culture initiatives and influence outcomes
Experience with risk systems reporting and change management
A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking
