You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every visit is smooth and welcoming, and join a supportive team of surgeons, nurses and reception staff who value professionalism, teamwork and creating a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome patients in person and over the phone
• Manage and coordinate appointments
• Respond to patient enquiries
• Maintain patient medical records and documentation
• Assist with billing, invoicing and general admin
• Support surgeons and clinical team
• You will be working with Genie medical practice software, along with other standard medical administration systems.
About You
• Experience as a Medical Receptionist or healthcare administrator
• Confident managing a busy reception desk
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Enjoys providing excellent patient service
• Reliability and professionalism are highly valued in this role
• Experience in a specialist or surgical medical practice (orthopaedics, ENT, plastic surgery, allied health) will be highly regarded
