**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement & Community Officer.
This role involves supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families through a range of initiatives, including Event Management, Marketing & social media, Community Service liaison and being the face of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with target audiences
* Manage events and activities that promote the organization's mission and values
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Marketing, Community Services or a related field is desirable, along with relevant experience in event management, social media and community services.
