About the Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Project Supervisor/Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient delivery, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent MPS with professionalism and integrity at all times.
* Coordinate multiple projects and provide regular progress updates to the Branch Manager.
* Undertake detailed project planning and scheduling.
* Supervise site activities and manage installation teams.
* Conduct pre-installation assessments and site evaluations.
* Maintain high safety standards across all job sites.
* Handle document control and reporting duties.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Direct subcontractors and manage on-site personnel.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
* Travel across various project sites in the Southwest as required.
* Order materials and manage subcontractor engagement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Support continual professional development and industry best practices.
* Maintain valid licenses and certifications relevant to the role.

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in a similar supervisory or project coordination role.

* Knowledge of WHS standards and quality systems.
* Confidence in liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* A high level of professionalism and presentation.
* Current and valid driver's licence.
* Relevant industry qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
