We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a night shift team operating on a 12-hour rotating 5-5-4 roster.
Roster
* 12‐hour night shifts
* Rotating 5–5–4 roster across a 28‐day cycle
* Work 5 nights followed by 5 days off
* Work 4 nights followed by 5 days off
* Consistent schedule with regular extended breaks between rotations
What You'll Be Doing
* Fault finding and breakdown response across high‐speed production equipment
* Work with PLCs, drives, VSDs, conveyors and safety systems
* Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to a high‐performing, safety‐focused maintenance team
* Work in a hands‐on role within a high‐volume FMCG environment

What You Bring
* Trade‐qualified Electrician
* Experience in industrial or FMCG manufacturing environments
* Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic skills across PLC and automation systems
* Experience with conveyors, drives, VSDs and safety circuits
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Understanding of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards
* Proactive, hands‐on approach with strong problem‐solving skills
