Position
Experienced and Trainee Soil & Concrete Testing Technicians – Glendenning team. In this hands‐on role, you'll test soil & concrete samples, operate specialised equipment, and work closely with construction teams on real‐world projects. After your initial training, you'll head into the field to assist with concrete & soil testing on construction sites, with a combination of field and laboratory work.
As well as driving a company vehicle, there are physical and technical aspects to this role, making it perfect for those who are safety‐conscious, enjoy working outdoors, and don't mind getting their hands dirty.
What's In It For You
* Pay Rate: $20 - $28 per hour (starting at $20 for trainees aged 18 years, with the pay rate increasing by age and trainee classification, in line with the Award). Junior trainees (under 21) are paid at the applicable Award junior rate, while adult trainees receive $27-28/hr.
* Higher rates offered for candidates with soil or concrete testing experience, nuke licence, etc.

What We're Looking For

* Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg regularly.
* Must have Australian or NZ citizenship, PR, or unrestricted long‐term work rights.
* Team players with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
* Current Australian driver's licence (manual preferred).
* White Card (or willing to get one ASAP).
