Key Qualifications
* Degree in technical, economic, or engineering disciplines; a Master's degree in Business or Management is considered an asset.
* 10+ years of experience in commercial roles within high-tech driven B2B markets.
* Familiarity with complex long-cycle projects and international stakeholders.
* Experience working in structured industrial environments with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
* Strategic vision combined with a strong customer and results orientation.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with stakeholders at all levels.
