This is a hands-on cooking role in a food truck — simple menu, clean systems, and a small crew.
No complicated chef duties, no drama.
Just cooking, prepping, and keeping the night running smooth.

About the Role
You'll be helping open the truck, cook during service, and close up at the end of the night.
Most nights you'll be on the grill, making burgers, restocking the line, and keeping things flowing with the team.
Shifts:Wednesday–Sunday
Typical hours:5 pm–12 am (some nights finish earlier or start later).
No late night pack down – you're usually out by 12

Works clean and follows systems

Can handle a busy rush without panicking
