The Opportunity
We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our team on a permanent basis at AMA Collision Townsville
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs.
* Permanent Position
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
* Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries
* Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience
* Manage phone and email correspondence
* Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
