**Responsibilities and/or skills required, but are not limited to**:
- Reception / telephone duties as required
- Creation and maintenance of client files
- Respond to enquiries and requests for action
- General office administration - filing/ data entry/ typing correspondence / printing
- Maintenance of and ordering office supplies
- Assisting Account Executives and Managers as and when required for general queries
- Further duties as required
