The Role
As a key member of the site maintenance team, you will ensure the operational integrity of heavy industrial plant and specialized manufacturing machinery.
Your responsibilities will include
* Routine Maintenance: Executing scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) programs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Rapid Response: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns to ensure production targets are met.
* System Optimization: Working on large-scale rotating equipment, conveyors, and custom fabrication machinery.
* Safety Compliance: Maintaining rigorous safety standards in a heavy industrial environment.

Required Skills & Experience
* Trade Qualified: Australian-recognized Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent.
* Heavy Industry Background: Experience in a manufacturing, mining, or heavy industrial setting.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.
* Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a proactive work ethic.
Important: Candidates must have Full Australian Working Rights. This position is not open to those requiring sponsorship or those on Working Holiday Visas (Subclass 417/462).
