Market Research Assistant
This hybrid position allows you to work primarily from home, with 6–7 days per month onsite at our Laverton office for team collaboration, training sessions, and progress reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with candidate sourcing and market research for ongoing recruitment projects
* Support employee and user research, including surveys, satisfaction studies, and feedback analysis
* Conduct data entry and organisation, ensuring accuracy across HR systems and spreadsheets
* Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for internal and client-facing use
* Maintain records and timelines to support project coordination
* Collaborate with consultants and team members on research tasks and HR-related initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate or early-career professional; no prior HR experience required
* Background in Business, HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field is welcomed but not mandatory
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn with guidance
