Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to manage the preparation and service of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
A minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to manage stock rotation and food storage, maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and support a collaborative team environment.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals that meet diverse dietary needs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with our Food Safety Program.
