Customer Service Manager
Tierra Bulk Foods is seeking an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager to ensure the highest standards of customer service within our operations.
Qualifications
* Associate Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
* At least 2 years of relevant customer‐service or managerial experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
* Manage, engage and develop staff providing customer services.
* Plan and implement after‐sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.
* Liaise with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
* Provide direction and feedback to team members as required.
* Ensure superannuation compliance.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay: Performance bonus
