We are seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels and touchpoints. In this role, you will support both business partners and end‐consumers, helping them navigate post‐sale enquiries and ensuring their experience with Bayer is seamless, positive, and solutions‐driven.
You will play an important role in building strong customer relationships, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement across our service operations.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive customer service and support via phone, online chat, text, and in‐person interactions at distribution centres or service facilities.
* Manage post‐sale enquiries, troubleshooting both technical and non‐technical issues with accuracy and care.
* Ensure fair and effective resolution of customer claims and complaints, in line with consumer laws and Bayer policies.
* Deliver clear, remote technical support and guidance to enhance customer experience and product understanding.
* Support the development of organisation‐wide initiatives to educate and inform customers.
* Analyse customer feedback, surveys, and service trends to identify improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to action plans aimed at enhancing overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

* Proficient in SAP and Salesforce systems
* Strong customer service experience within a fast‐paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels.
* Ability to manage and resolve complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and elevate issues appropriately.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a continuous improvement focus.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
