As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment. Your expertise will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.
The successful candidate will possess experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a minimum of one year's experience. Ideally, they will have demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges and happy liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
You will work within a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
* Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Reverse marketing clients to employers;
* Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;

Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
