**The Opportunity**:
We have a great chance for an experienced IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our team in Perth. In this role you will provide onsite IT support including the management of software and hardware incidents and service requests to all staff within the Perth office as well as some remote support for other offices in Australia.
- At least 3 years experience providing IT support, analysing and troubleshooting IT incidents
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and highly effective organisational & planning skills
- Ability to perform well in a busy high pressure environment
- Work in accordance to ITIL processes and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook 2016, Microsoft Windows 10 Professional workstation and Microsoft Active Directory
